Mr. Cline asked if traffic acci- <br />dents resulted from false alarms, and Mr. Ollendorff said that was one of the <br />reasons this bill was drafted. Mr. Cline asked about fines, and Mr. Ollen- <br />dorff said there is no fine for the first false alarm, a $25 fine for the <br />second within a year, and $50 for the third, to a max/mum of $500.
