Lynnette Hicks will send the request from Jar <br />sections to members for comment by mid-November 2012. <br />e.RainScape Rewards  Resolution for municipal participation will be presented at City <br />Council on November 13, 2012. <br /> <br />7.Reports  <br />a. Council Liaison Report: Councilmember Michael Glickert  City Council participated in a six <br />hour goal setting session on November 3, 2012. The session was chaired by a facilitator and <br />the information from the session will be available at the next Council meeting. <br /> <br />8.Comments & Questions from Citizens  <br />a.Mark Donohue asked about the Electric Engineers assessment that High Pressure Sodium <br />lights they were planning to install in the Loop instead of LED <br />the LED lights were cost prohibitive and that the light output from the High Pressure <br />Sodium lights was superior. <br />b.Lynnette Hicks and Jeff Mishkin responded that the Electrical Engineer (the <br />Trolley/Roundabout group had excused themselves after their pres <br />correct about the lights both in terms of light output and energ <br />Lynnette stated that the City was conducting a Demo project of their own along Delmar <br />in the Loop from Kingsland to Westgate that Citizens could participate in. <br /> <br />9.Closing Round <br />a.Lois Sechrist will be attending a conference on St. Louis Citys Sustainabilit <br />b.Jerry Breakstone requested that the GPC meeting time be changed from 6:30  8:00 <br />pm to 6:00  7:30 pm. <br />c.The motion was seconded and approved unanimously. The change in time will <br />become effective January, 2013. Lynnette Hicks will make sure the meeting time <br />change is added to the 2013 calendar. <br /> <br />
