<br /> <br />Plan Commission <br />July 25, 2012 Meeting Minutes <br />(approved August 22, 2012) <br /> <br />The Plan Commission held their regular meeting in the EOC Room located at City Hall, 6801 <br />Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on July 25, 2012. The meeting commenced at 7:00 <br />pm. <br /> <br />Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent <br /> <br />Ben Halpert (Chairperson) Lisa Greening <br />Deidre Lewis (Vice-Chairperson) <br />Ben Senturia (Designated Alternate) <br />Nova Felton <br />Cirri Moran <br />Linda Locke <br /> <br />Non-Voting Council Liaison Present <br />Paulette Carr (for Arthur Sharpe, Jr.) <br /> <br />Staff Present <br />Andrea Riganti, Director of Community Development <br />Ray Lai, Deputy Director of Economic and Community Development <br />Zach Greatens, Planner <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Mr. Halpert asked for any discussion pertaining to the June 27, 2012 meeting minutes and July <br />10, 2012 study session minutes. There being none, he asked for a motion. <br /> <br />Ms. Locke made a motion to approve the June 27, 2012 Plan Commission meeting minutes. The <br />motion was seconded by Ms. Moran. The motion was approved unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Senturia made a motion to approve the July 10, 2012 Plan Commission study session <br />minutes. The motion was seconded by Ms. Locke. The motion was approved unanimously. <br /> <br />Draft Parkview Gardens Neighborhood Sustainable Development Plan Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Halpert announced that the next agenda item was old business, a continuation of the <br />discussion regarding the Draft Parkview Gardens Neighborhood Sustainable Development Plan <br />and asked staff to proceed. <br /> <br />Ms. Riganti stated that the goal for this item is for staff to obtain direction from the Plan <br />Commission members regarding what revisions are necessary to move forward, specifically <br />regarding the parking lot. She stated that staff would listen and provide technical assistance and <br />at the end of the meeting, would present what the understanding is. The Plan Commission <br />members would vote and then the information would be taken to the consultant for refinement. <br />tm; <br /> E <br /> <br /> <br />
