<br /> Mr. Price noted that the conversation was not included in the minutes. <br /> <br /> Mayor Welsch asked Ms. Pumm to change the minutes to state that Mr. Kraft was <br />excused. <br /> <br /> Mr. Price said he wanted it stated what happened so the City Clerk can come back with <br />the corrected verbiage. <br /> <br /> Mayor Welsch asked Mr. Price if he would like to wait on the approval of the minutes <br />which Mr. Price agreed. Mayor Welsch asked if any member of Council had a problem <br />with waiting on the approval of the study session minutes. <br /> <br /> Ms. Carr stated that the minutes should note that Councilmember Kraft left the meeting <br />including the time and what particular place in the session. She also mentioned she <br />sent some notes regarding this earlier to Ms. Pumm. <br /> <br /> Mr. Kraft stated that since there was an issue with him leaving the study session <br />meeting, to please note for the record that the reason he left was to respond to an <br />emergency room doctor call at St. Mary’s Hospital. <br /> <br /> All were in favor to wait for the approval of the amended Study Session minutes. <br /> <br />2. <br /> The minutes of November 13, 2012, City Council Regular Session were moved for <br />approval by Mr. Sharpe, seconded by Mr. Price and the motion carried with Mr. Glickert <br />abstaining since he was excused from that meeting. <br /> <br /> The motion carried with Mr. Glickert having abstained since he was absent from the <br />November 13, 2012, meeting. <br /> <br />F. APPOINTMENTS <br />1. <br /> Mayor Welsch nominated Bonnie Tesson to be appointed to the Arts and Letters <br />Commission, replacing Marilyn Cathcart whose second term expires, January 2, 2013, <br />was seconded by Mr. Crow and the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />2. <br /> Ms. Carr nominated Frederick Charles Fehr III to the Arts and Letters Commission, <br />replacing Dan Martin who did not wish to be reappointed, was seconded by Mr. Glickert <br />and the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />3. <br /> Ms. Carr nominated Bobette Patton for reappointment to the Arts and Letters <br />Commission, was seconded by Mr. Crow and the motion carried unanimously. Ms. <br />Patton had filled in for a short unexpired term and will qualify for another reappointment <br /> <br />G. SWEARING IN <br /> 1. <br />Cindy Thierry was not in attendance to be sworn in to the CALOP Commission. <br /> <br />H. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION (Total of 15 minutes allowed) <br /> Ms. Elsie Glickert, 6712 Etzel <br /> Ms. Glickert acknowledged a letter she received regarding the Loop Trolley from the Public <br />Works Director answering some of the questions that she asked at the last meeting.
