<br /> <br />Mayor Welsch mentioned that Chamber of Commerce had a successful casino night at the <br />Heman Park Community Center. She also mentioned the passing of Mr. Vic Kelley who <br />worked at the desk of Centennial Commons since they opened and he will be missed. <br /> <br />Q.
