<br /> <br /> MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY HALL <br />6801 Delmar Blvd. <br />City of University City, Missouri 63130 <br />December 10, 2012 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />At the Regular Session of the City Council of University City held on the fifth floor of City Hall, on <br />Monday, December 10, 2012, Mayor Shelley Welsch called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. In <br />addition to the Mayor, the following members of the Council were present: <br /> <br />Mr. Byron Price <br />Ms. Paulette Carr <br />Mr. Stephen Kraft <br />Mr. Terry Crow <br />Mr. Michael Glickert <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also in attendance was the City Manager Lehman Walker. <br /> <br />C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Ms. Carr requested to remove the closed session from the agenda, was seconded by Mr. <br />Glickert and the amended agenda carried unanimously. <br /> <br />D. PROCLAMATIONS <br />None <br /> <br />E. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> 1. <br /> The minutes of November 26, 2012, City Council Study Session were moved for approval <br />by Mr. Sharpe, was seconded by Mr. Price and the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />2. <br /> The minutes of November 26, 2012, City Council Regular Session were moved for <br />approval by Mr. Sharpe, was seconded by Ms. Carr and the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />F. APPOINTMENTS <br />1. <br /> Mr. Crow nominated James Guest to be appointed to the Historic Preservation <br />Commission, was seconded by Ms. Carr and the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />2. <br /> Mr. Kraft nominated Caryn St. Clair to be reappointed to the Parks’ Commission for a <br />period of one year in an effort to balance term expirations, was seconded by Ms. Carr <br />and the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />G. SWEARING IN <br /> 1. <br />Frederick Fehr III was sworn in to the Arts and Letters Commission. <br /> 2. <br /> Bonnie Tesson was sworn in to the Arts and Letters Commission. <br /> 3. <br /> Cindy Theirry was sworn in to the CALOP Commission in the City Clerk’s office. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
