<br />Mr. Sharpe said he was concerned about what use would be made of having the <br />audio such as for citizens to listen to on line or for the City Clerk to keep as <br />reference. <br /> <br />Mr. Price said the use for the audio would be a big help for him personally, even <br />though he approved paraphrased minutes. He said there could be something <br />that was written wrong and he may be unsure of what he said then it would be <br />useful to go back and listen to the audio for clarification. <br /> <br />Mr. Glickert “Called for the Question”. <br /> <br />Mr. Kraft called for “Point of Information” and asked the City Clerk to repeat the <br />motion on the floor. <br /> <br />Ms. Pumm stated that Ms. Carr’s motion was “to save all audios of all City <br />Council meetings”. <br /> <br />Ms. Carr stated again that she moved to retain and store all audios of all City <br />Council meetings as public records. <br /> <br />Mr. Kraft called for “Point of Clarification” making sure that the verbiage regarding <br />external hard drives and internet were not in the motion <br /> <br />Mayor Welsch stated that the “Question had been Called”, was seconded by Mr. <br />Price and the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Welsch called for a voice vote on the motion to retain and store all audios <br />of Council meetings that was moved and seconded on the floor. The voice vote <br />carried by a majority, with two nays from Mr. Glickert and Mayor Welsch. <br /> <br />M.
