The citizen has a disabled child that
rides the bus. The ordinance does not allow any horn honking, except as a danger
signal. The Council discussed whether exemptions should be made to the ordinance
for disabled persons. The sense of Council was to suggest to the bus company to have
the dispatcher call the citizen to inform them of the arrival of the bus at her home. No
changes to the ordinance will be instituted. The law will be enforced as written.

ADJOURNMENT:

Mayor Adams adjourned the meeting at 7:20 p.m.
~Lelsha K.
