The parking restrictions for street cleaning are included in the Municipal City Code – Chapter 10.44 – Parking <br />Restrictions on Specific Streets. All the streets listed in the attached schedules will be incorporated as part of <br />a new subsection of the Parking Restrictions called: “Street Cleaning Parking Restrictions”. <br /> <br />The Public Works and Parks recommend approval of the changes as listed in the attached schedules. <br /> <br />6. Delmar Loop Traffic and Parking Study – UPDATE – NO ACTION <br /> <br />The City received a Traffic Impact Study including analysis of the Trolley operations impact on different <br />scenarios. Copy of the study is attached to this agenda for the Commission’s information and possible <br />discussion at the meeting. This Traffic Impact Study - TIS was part of the Plan Commission approval of the <br />Trolley at their February 27, 2013 meeting. <br /> <br />The Parking study is being prepared by the traffic engineer CBB, to include all the previously identified issues <br />the Delmar Loop faces, and are part of the implementation of the Loop Trolley project. This study will be <br />presented at a future Traffic Commission meeting. <br /> <br />7. Council Liaison Report – Councilmember Carr. <br /> <br />8. Miscellaneous Business – None <br /> <br />9.
