Minutes of the previous meeting (September 20, 2012) were accepted as written. <br /> <br />2. 6323 Westminster Place Design review for conformance with District Standards <br />within the Parkview Historic District (Local Designation) for proposed roof-mounted solar <br />panels. <br /> <br />Mr. Greatens provided background information, pictures and maps, and summarized <br />the Parkview Historic District Standards. <br /> <br />Bill Lucas with Microgrid Solar, representing Chris Hexter, property owner, explained <br />the proposed installation to the Commission members. <br /> <br />Questions/Comments from Commission members and responses included: <br /> <br />- How far does the top of the finished panel sit above the roof? Mr. Lucas: About 4 <br />inches. <br />- Are all panels proposed to be installed on front side of house?
