The meeting commenced at 7:00 pm. <br /> <br />Voting Members Present Voting Members Absent <br /> <br />Carol Schmidt, Chair Jane North <br />Darlene Davison <br />Steve Myers <br />Richard Wesenberg <br />Mondi Ghasedi <br />Chris Smith <br /> <br />Non-Voting Members Present <br />Michael Glickert, Council Liaison <br /> <br />Staff Present <br />Raymond Lai, Deputy Director of Economic and Community Development <br />Zach Greatens, Planner <br /> <br />1. Minutes of the previous meeting (May 17, 2012) were accepted as written. <br /> <br />Ms. Schmidt stated that of the three remaining items on the agenda, the first two, <br />pertaining to the Loop Trolley and the Washington University Redevelopment project, <br />might get lengthy and suggested not discussing the Update for the 2012 Annual <br />work session to discuss the item to be held at a future date. <br /> <br />There was no objection from the Commission members. <br /> <br />2. Loop Trolley Project Design review for conformance with District Standards within <br />the University City Civic Complex Historic District (Local Designation). <br /> <br />Mr. Greatens provided background information and stated that at the May 17 Historic <br />Preservation Commission meeting, the Commission did not take action.
