<br />- Concern was expressed about the horizontal line between the first and second <br />stories along the Delmar Boulevard facades. <br /> <br />- For a lot of the surrounding buildings there is stone mixed in with brick; it would <br />not have to be the same, but should possibly add some similar separation. <br /> <br />- Every building seems to have some contrast with brick and appears to be a solid <br />line contrasting with the second story, possibly merge the elements together. <br /> <br />- Suggestion to be mindful of materials, although the Commission would be open <br />to materials as it pertains to achieving LEED certification. <br /> <br />- The back side of the development, along Enright, appears to be successful in <br />terms of massing and form. <br /> <br />- Site massing and the overall Plan appeared to be headed in a good direction. <br /> <br />- The courtyard concept was good and would increase green space on Enright. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Other business <br />a.
