<br />Mr. Greatens distributed a copy of the attachment referenced in the comments from the <br />Department of Public Works and Parks. Mr. Halpert requested for Mr. Tao to clarify the <br />specifications. <br /> <br />Mr. Tao addressed the comments in the list from the Department of Public Works and Parks. <br /> <br />Questions/Comments from the Plan Commission and responses included: <br /> <br /> <br />Question: Who will pay for the relocation of the transformer? Mr. Tao: Presumably <br />Ameren UE, however, it is presently under negotiation. <br /> <br /> <br />Question: Were there any additional stakeholder groups heard from or concerns in the <br />community regarding this project? Staff: No, there were not. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Ms. Greening to approve the Final Development Plan provided final <br />approval of the Improvement Plans is obtained from the Department of Public Works and Parks. <br />The motion was seconded by Ms. Lewis. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Public Comments <br /> <br />Cheryl Adelstein, Director of Community Relations at Washington University commended the <br />Plan Commission and the efforts of the Department of Community Development Staff. <br /> <br />Other Business <br /> <br />Plan Commission meeting location vote required pursuant to Plan Commission Bylaws as <br />amended October 24, 2012 <br /> <br />A motion was made to allow the Plan Commission to meet from this point forward at 975 <br />Pennsylvania Avenue, University City, MO 63130. It was seconded and carried. <br /> <br />Public Comments <br /> <br />Mr. Halpert asked if any members of the public wished to address the Plan Commission. There <br />were none. <br /> <br />Reports <br /> <br />Mr. Lai provided an update regarding the Loop Trolley Project which would require a <br />Conditional Use Permit and stated that the Plan Commission would be notified when the <br />application was completed and accepted. <br /> <br />A question was asked about the rough timing on the application. Mr. Lai stated that the <br />application had been received but not yet accepted; the earliest could be December or January. <br /> <br />tm; <br /> E <br /> <br /> <br />
