{ <br />{ <br /> Olive Boulevard Standards <br /> Below are the standards for sidewalks and lighting along Olive Boulevard, and, if <br /> applicable, along adjacent side street(s). <br /> 1. Pedestrian Scale Lighting Requirements <br /> A. Genera I Requirements. <br /> 1. These requirements are in addition to the current Ameren-UE light <br /> standards (see the Municipal Code, Section 16.16.090). Ameren-UE <br /> (i.e., cobra head) light standards are required to be upgraded to city <br /> standards. <br /> 2. The developer shall be responsible for converting the existing <br /> overhead wiring to underground wiring for the property being <br /> developed. The most current specifications for the installation of <br /> conduit system(s) for streetlights can be obtained from Ameren-UE. <br /> 3. Decorative street lights shall be provided at each intersection and <br /> along the street frontage between intersections. Lights shall be located <br /> between the sidewalk and the curb. Light standards shall not be <br /> located within two feet of the back of the street curb. Variations may <br /> be approved by the Director of Public Works. The street shall be <br /> illuminated in accordance with the specifications established by the <br /> Director of Public Works. <br /> B. Decorative Street Lig hting Minimum Requirements. (Attachment) <br /> 1. Fixture shall be of Manhattan Style fixture, Bar shall be straight <br /> bar (arm style), Pole shall be Barrington light pole 2-B790 2- <br /> TA36 5214 TFP FCC (see attached detail sheet). All light <br /> standards and fixtures shall be subject to the approval of the <br /> Director of Public Works. <br /> 2. Decorative street light fixtures shall be high pressure sodium <br /> type, each fixture shall have a minimum 100 HPS (High <br /> Pressure Sodium) lamps shall be 100 watt color corrected high <br /> pressure sodium lamps lumen output, except that a higher <br />
