Decorative street lights shall be installed at a maximum <br /> spacing of 40 feet, subject to the approval of the Director of <br /> Public Works. The lights should be aligned with new or existing <br /> lights. Lighting alignment and spacing requirements shall be <br /> approved by the Director of Public Works. <br /> 5. There shall be one photocell and to activate the entire group of <br /> decorative lights. <br /> 6. Installation Expense, Maintenance and Operation. <br /> Decorative Street lights shall be installed at the expense of the <br /> developer. Upon acceptance of street lights for maintenance <br /> by the City, the City will assume financial responsibility for the <br /> ensuing electric charges for decorative street lights located on <br /> public rights-of-way. All other lighting expenses shall be the <br /> responsibility of the property owner or the owners in common. <br /> 7.
