Minutes of the previous meeting (November 15, 2012) were not considered. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />2. 7030 Delmar Boulevard Design review for a new single family dwelling within 300 <br />feet of University Heights Number 1 (National Register of Historic Places) and Theodore <br />Link Historic District (National Register of Historic Places) <br /> <br />Mr. Greatens provided background information, pictures and maps. <br /> <br />Blair Mehlman and Scott Mehlman, representing Mark Mehlman with Mehlman Homes <br />Realty, explained the proposal. The proposal is for a new single family dwelling. The <br />dwelling will be constructed with red bricks on all four sides and black asphalt shingled <br />roof.
