Minutes of the previous meeting (March 21, 2013) were accepted as written. <br /> <br />2. Intersection of Delmar Boulevard and Trinity Avenue Design review for proposed <br />temporary mock roundabout in the University City Civic Complex Historic District (Local <br />Designation and National Register of Historic Places) <br /> <br />Mr. Greatens provided background information, pictures and maps for the project. He <br />summarized the applicable Zoning Code Sections and explained the role of the Historic <br />Preservation Commission relative to this project. He stated that the project was not part <br />of the proposed Loop Trolley project, but it was related. Mr. Greatens stated that the <br />of Community Development staff and that recommendation would be incorporated into <br />any permits required for the project. <br /> <br />Mr. Greatens stated that there were reference materials included in the information <br />distributed to Commission members including two documents The University City <br />Streetscape Master Plan for the Civic Plaza Historic District from 1985 and the <br />Landscape Design Phase Report for the Civic Plaza Historic District from 1993.
