Applicant: Yes, construction loan. <br /> <br /> <br />When will the project be completed? Applicant: Timeframe for completion is <br /> <br />approximately 60 days. <br /> <br />Where will the project stand after is complete? Applicant: $990,000 before landscaping, <br /> <br />$1,000,000 after. <br /> <br />How many employees will this bring? Applicant: 15 in the near future and 20 soon <br /> <br />after. <br /> <br />How many customers will be there? Applicant: 22 a day per physical therapist. The <br /> <br />Brentwood location averages 54 clients a day. <br /> <br />What’s the vision for the front of building? Applicant: The building will remain <br /> <br />substantially the same, with the addition of full landscaping, pressure washing and <br />sealing the parking surfaces. Potentially the addition of a fence if necessary due to <br />crime issues. <br /> <br />What sort of services will PCW provide? Applicant: The primary clientele are those in <br /> <br />the medically supervised weight loss program, however there are a significant amount <br />of patients with worker’s comp claims and requiring a rehab component of their <br />treatment from physical therapists contracted with the facility. <br /> <br />Mr. Rayhawk made a motion to approve the resolution, Mr. Frazier seconded the motion and <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 6:26 pm. <br />2 <br /> <br />
