Mr. Glickert said he finally pulled out a sign that had been at the corner of Loop North
and Kingsland. He said it was a sign that was in regards to an Easter egg hunt on March
rd
23. He addressed the City Manager stating that he has seen different signs
everywhere, but did not notice any in Clayton or Ladue and did not want to see them in
University City. He asked Mr. Walker to get together with Public Works and the Police so
that when staff members see those signs in the public thoroughfare, to please remove
them.

Mayor Welsch stated that Captain Jackson did a home security audit at her home and
she reminded all of the residents that University City does them for free. She said it was
well-worthwhile to have it done.

Mayor Welsch stated that on Friday, April 26, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., there would be a
ribbon cutting for a new section of the Centennial Greenway. She said the event would
kick off in Shaw Park in Clayton where the stretch of the Greenway starts. Mayor Welsch
encouraged everyone to come. Mayor Welsch said she would be attending a
Loop Trolley
board meeting.

Mayor Welsch concurred with Mr. Kraft on Professor Gerald Early. She said she served
with Professor Early on the Missouri Humanities Council Board. She believed he is going
to become a board member of the National Endowment for the Humanities. Mayor
Welsch said it was nice to have that connection with University City.

Q.
