It will include a 2% Cost of <br />Living Adjustment for City employees and funds to improve public <br />streets). <br />(2)Current construction projects include the new apartment complex near Delmar and Delcrest Drive and <br />the Washington University student housing and commercial buildins located in the Delmar and <br />Enright area. <br />b.Scott Eidson <br />(1)Scott thanked members for sending him emails regarding solar pow <br />c.Lois Sechrist <br />(1)Announced that Microgrid Solar will host a free residential informational presentation on solar energy <br />on July 14, 2013, at Busch Stadium. The information was also posted <br />(2)She visited the island of Bermuda and all the houses have white washed roofs, they collectll their rain <br />water, have very little solar technology and low recycling participation. She noticed that they really <br />only collect metal, glass and paper for recycling; everything else is incinerated. <br />(3)She and Jeff Mishkin attended the U.S. Green Building Councils Green Schools tour at Barbara C. <br />Jordan Elementary School in University City. <br />d.Tim Michels <br />(1)Tim recently attended a Philips lighting seminar on their advanced lighting technologies.
