Five projects were approved and <br />reimbursed in University City. Three properties had major draina focused on <br />turf reduction. Since the current projects did not measure the amount of rain water before <br />installations, it is difficult to measure the reduction in the amount of rain water being <br />diverted. Owners will base rain water reduction on whether or not their ba <br />to flood. <br />(2)The majority of the projects in University City were approved to install French drain systems <br />and rain gardens.
