Approval <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval. Mr. Cottc~ seconded the motion and all voted Aye. <br /> <br />The City Manager concurred with tba Plan O~ission that bus parki~ may be <br />permit~a west of Brittany School if tba neighborhood is protected by proper <br />landscaping and screening. The School District has aB~-~a to ¢~a~ly with the <br />following conditicrs: <br /> <br />1. Solid fencing with slats or fabric plus approved landscaping for screen- <br /> ing fi~. 81st, RUth Park, Gr~by. <br />2. Lighting shielded f~.,.aLL residential neighbors. <br />3. No repairs; storage/parking only of up to 28 buses in good repair for <br /> University City Schools only. (Subject to future review. ) <br />4. City to remove traffic barriers on Groby (so buses are not forced onto <br /> Bon~,~/Swarthmore). <br />5. Roadway and parking/storage area to have asphalt paving. Orecrete curb- <br /> ing and p=uperly designed curb radius at Groby. Traffic barriers at <br /> edges of parking/storage area. <br /> <br /> <br />
