RESUBDIVISIQN - 7001 The City Manager ccr~urred with the Plan C~massicm recommendation to approve changing three lots in the Karick Subdivisic~ to two lots. An existing hc~e is on the first lot and a new house will be built c~ the second lot. Mrs. Scbuman moved approval. Mr. Cott~m secc~r]ed tba motion, which carried unanimously.
