However, buses will be unloaded c~ 81st in the morning. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner said Council was faced with a difficult __a~c~_isic~, and the Plan <br />C~L.assic~, staff, and City Manager have cc~sia~ed all aspects of this mat- <br />ter; however, in k~eping with his uFposition to encroadments in residential <br />ar~, be will vote against this measure. <br /> <br />Mr. Schooner said the School Board cannot be pzevented__ f~u~ using its proper- <br />ty as p~uposed, but controls can be applied th~ the Zoning Oode changes <br />and conditions listed above. He oa~,~raed the Sdlool Board for seeking Coun- <br />cil's approval reqardless of the degree to which this is covered by law. <br /> <br />Councilmembers Ootton, Schoumer, and Mayor Majerus voted Aye; Councilmembers <br />Wagner, Schuman, and ~]~-.:~ voted May. ~he motic~ failed three to three. <br /> <br />Mayor Majerus sug~ that those u~4~sed to the parkirr3 area should attend <br />a School Board meeting and make their feelings known. <br /> <br />RESUBDIVISIQN - 7001 <br /> <br />The City Manager ccr~urred with the Plan C~massicm recommendation to approve <br />changing three lots in the Karick Subdivisic~ to two lots. An existing hc~e <br />is on the first lot and a new house will be built c~ the second lot. <br /> <br />Mrs. Scbuman moved approval. Mr. Cott~m secc~r]ed tba motion, which carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
