She no~a the City Manager sent a <br />memo to Council recently that flood elevation certifications for finished <br />houses have been c~leted, and an owner called her to ask if they will re- <br />caive a copy of the paperwork. Mr. 011endorff said tba certificates were for <br />Plats 1, 2, and 3, and ell required information has been suhnitt~9_ to federal <br />officials; even~m]ly, bnm~wners will he advised. <br /> <br />Mr. Scbacmer said his goal has always been to get this project c~uleted; it <br />is cl~v to him that cont/maation of the esu~uw will prevent that f~ hap- <br />pening.
