Mr. Cottel moved to approve the applicant's request to delete tb~ corrlition rec~mlrir~ ~oval of the six foot wide, 97 foot lc~g strip for planting trees, but that Council mlntaln its stipulation that the church improve the area occupied by Riegert Avenue and extend the time l~mit to October 1, 1995. Mr. Ootton said be wants Olive to have a long-term devel~aLent plan, but is also sensitive to the church's stat--m~nt that it does not have money to do everything the City wants.
