Scbm~n seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Mr. Roger Van HOrn, 938 Barnard College Lane, said residents of University <br />Place have two ooncerns--c~letion of the subdivision, and how to force the <br />developer to correct certain cc~ditices and bring the subdivision to <br /> <br />done, and no improvemmnts or repairs have been made since the last Oouncil <br />meeting.
