If Council waives <br />18% of tba required lot size, the site plan meets mim~mm zoning rec~ents <br />and may be approved. Conditi~ls should incl,~ su~mdssion of detailed land- <br />scaping plans and further ccelsia~ation of improving or replacin~ the exist- <br />ing fenoe. ~he only ~ae/ntng questionable aspect of the plan is the c~dn- <br /> <br />practical difficulties of relocating this facility outweigh the desirability <br />of avoiding the miwad use of this p~uperty, and Mr. Ollendorff felt it would <br />ha r~mable to grant a degree of deference to the Board in this matter. <br /> <br />Ma. Sue Winter, 746 Harvard, said the new building will be a huge improve~_nt <br />over the current school bus parking lot.
