<br />Reports <br />Comprehensive Plan Committee Report - <br />Andrea Riganti reports that the Comprehensive Plan <br />committee will meet February 4, 2013 to finalize the plan to outline the methodology for the <br />planning process including an extensive public engagement process and then will be forwarded <br />to City Council for the final blessing. <br /> <br />Council Liaison report <br />Mayor Welsch reports that Council approved the Conditional Use <br />Permit for a new Chinese restaurant Chinese Street Food. Mayor Welsch asked staff to get back <br />with City Council to see what the balance is between restaurants and commercial. The Council <br />st <br />pushed for more retail on the 1 floors of the businesses in the Loop in the 1 <br />authorized the City Manager to enter into greenspace agreement with Washington University for <br />the new greenspace north of their new development. Council introduced a number of bills for <br />which they will accept a transfer of real estate from St. Louis County. The city will be working <br />with Habitat for Humanity for more new homes. The next meeting is February 28, 2013. <br /> <br />Raymond Lai announced the city will be hosting a meeting with the businesses on Olive on <br />January 30, 2013 at 3:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />tm; <br /> E <br /> <br /> <br />
