At this time, 9:57 a.m., Councilmember Thompson left the meeting. <br /> <br />Councilmembers reported on Boards and Commissions where they served as liaison. All <br />Councilmembers present agreed on need to attend and communicate information. <br /> <br />City Manager requested that Council prepare their budget priorities over the next two weeks. <br />Councilmembers requested attention to street and curb replacement, removal of snow and ice, leaf <br />collection improvement and travel agency service contract. <br /> <br />Council agreed to work on having University City subterranean construction included in the <br />Metrolink north route proposal cost analysis. <br /> <br />Councilmember Lieberman requested information on Special Tax Bill street Improvements and on <br />Neighborhood Improvement District procedures. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 11:20 a.m. <br /> <br />Frank Ollendorff <br />City Manager <br /> <br /> <br />
