Mayor Welsch stated she attended a Loop Trolley Transportation Development Board meeting last week. The TDD has a mid-October deadline for a report to the Federal Transit Administration when 100% design drawings will be submitted with other information on the trolley project. Mayor Welsch noted that the FTA should let the TDD know their thoughts on the trolley project by November. She said if all goes well, the construction on the Trolley should begin next spring. 3. BILL 9209 – An ordinance approving a final plat for a minor subdivision of a tract of land to be known as 7721 Delmar Condominium. A survey and condominium plat of Lot 18 in Block 1 of New Delmar Heights Subdivision. Bill 9209 had its second and third reading. Mr. Glickert moved to approve and was seconded by Ms. Carr Roll Call Vote was: AYES: Ms. Carr, Mr. Kraft, Mr. Crow, Mr. Glickert, Mr. Price, Mayor Welsch NAYES: none Bill 9209 carried unanimously and become Ordinance 6927. N. NEW BUSINESS RESOLUTIONS 1. Resolution 2013 – 11 Municipal Park’s Grant Resolution for Lewis Park. Ms. Carr moved for approval and was seconded by Mr. Kraft. Mr. Crow asked since the overall budget for the project is $400,000.00 with the grant providing $300,000.00 was the City’s match of $100,000.00 coming from the Fund Reserve and if so, would it be from next year’s budget.
