Ms. Birenbaum stated there had been
redevelopment in the area and she was not against development but was concerned about the
potential size of a new building and the effect on the character of the neighborhood.

Rod Nussbaum 7218 Forsyth Boulevard. Mr. Nussbaum stated he was the owner of the two
properties in question. He stated that the properties were under foreclosure and the applicants
had come forward with a reasonable purchase option. He stated there was not enough time for a
detailed proposal due to the poor condition of the buildings; 7222 Forsyth has no electrical
service and 7218 Forsyth has no roof and has structural issues.

Edna Stevens 7056 Forsyth Boulevard. Ms. Stevens stated that a variance should not be
granted for financial gain of the applicants. She stated she agreed with the concerns about
potential size and height of a new building and also parking on the south side of Forsyth
Boulevard since parking was already a concern.

The meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
tm; E
