Mr. Ollen- <br />dorff said that for professicalal services, state law req~mes that the city <br />approach firms/indiv]~]s that are capable of providing the services ~; <br /> <br />Tao is the landscape consulting firm that the city staff and Council --,:,loyed <br />with good results several years ago for a Nm~er of pr~ects, including the <br />Civic Plaza, so he approached them and negotiated this price. <br /> <br />Mr. WaSmer moved approval.
