Le.z~ed tba aw-drd go to Elco Chevrolet for its bid of $12,114. <br />The City Manager said Auffenber~ was too Vague concerning certain specifica- <br />tions and failed to contact tba City within tba allotted time frame. The <br />Elco vehicle meets specifications and has tba lowest mileage, 15,473. <br /> <br />Mr. ~a~ms moved approval, and Mr. Price sec~lded tba motion. All legal <br />requirenents have been met. <br /> <br />Mr. Price moved approval and Mr. Schoceer seconded the motion. <br /> <br />David Matheny, ~'~'FIR canvass ai~ector, 569 Melville, said in response to Mr. <br />Wagner that he did not know the percentage of the amount collected that goes <br />to administrative costs, but will send that information to the City Manager. <br /> <br />Mayor Majerus said ~'~'F/R must have been confident tbay would receive a permit <br />since a solicitor came to her hc~e yesterday. <br /> <br /> <br />
