The Plan C~mmassic~l re/~_~meraed against approval <br />because of several concerns; bj3wever, the applicant has now revised the plan <br />to meet tb~ m~n concern of maintaining a 15 foot rear yard setback. Approv- <br />al is now reoa~errled with one additior~l condition--that refuse collection <br />be llm~ted to weekdays celly between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., which will <br />partially meet the concern of potential noise intrusion for adjacent resi- <br />dents. The third ccr~_rn centered on fencing at the north property line, but <br />most C~L~iSSiOn ~ prefer landscaping, as does the City staff since it <br />is more in ~ping with the character of the area. <br /> <br />In respcmse to Mr. Wagner, Mr. Schoczner said he believed all concerns of the <br />neighbore have been met satisfactorily. Mrs. Schuman, liaison to the Plan <br />C~m~dssion, agreed, adding that tha develcl0ers met tha Plan C~u~Hssion con- <br /> <br />All voted Aye. <br /> <br />TRANS~'~ - UNIVERSITY C1TY SI~FiOR SERVICE BOARD <br /> <br />Tne City Manager re~Lu.L~ed a[~3rx::r~ing a t/-unsfer of $1,000 from reserves to <br />tha Administrative Services account for the University City Senior Service <br />Board. They asked for $2,000 ($1,000 min~mm) to enhance the new Medical <br />Trip Pro~L~n, which will ~rt seniors to and fL~L, medical appointments <br />10 hcurs a week. Some otbar grant monies have been obtained for the program. <br /> <br />Mr. Schocmer moved approval, with Mrs. Schuman seconding the metion. <br /> <br />Mrs. Tn(i~son asked why the full amount of $2,000 w~s not given. Mr. Ollen- <br />dorff said the [kDard said it m~ed___ed at least $1,000 per year and since the <br />fiscal y~ is half over, he recum~era_ed $1,000.
