Feedback has <br />been very positive. <br /> <br />Question: Response: <br />Has there been any negative feedback? None received. The ultimate goal <br />is to keep the seniors more active, not just in the facility, but also in the community. <br /> <br />Question: Response: <br />What would the hours of operation be? The hours are still being <br />evaluated, but probably 7:00 am to 2:00 pm in order to provide time to prepare for the daily meal <br />program. <br /> <br />Mr. Lai added that if at the end of the process the Plan Commission so desired, with City <br />he <br />public. <br /> <br />Question: <br />It was indicated that there would be separate dairy and separate meat to keep kosher, <br />Response: <br />is the facility currently kosher? Yes. <br /> <br />The proposal will be formally considered at the November Plan Commission meeting if the <br />applicant would like to proceed with the full application. <br /> <br />Other Business <br />None <br /> <br />Public Comments <br />None <br /> <br />Reports <br /> <br />Mayor Welsch reported that on Monday the City Council unanimously approved the Bicycal and <br />Pedestrian Master Plan. Also, in the previous meeting, the Council approved the formation of <br />the Commission on Youth and the Commission on Seniors. The Council members are currently <br />accepting applications for both. <br /> <br />Mr. Lai provided Staff updates. Regarding the Comprehensive Plan Update, he stated the <br />interviews with consultants had recently been completed, and currently contract negotiations are <br />underway. He also provided an update on the Code Review Committee and there would be an <br />upcoming meeting to discuss lighted athletic fields. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:25 pm. <br />tm; E <br /> <br />
