Engineers and they are moving forward and will be asking the City for $50,000 to finish the <br />study but have not indicated when that request will come. <br /> <br />Ms. Carr asked on the economic development, the money for parking lot #4. Mr. Wilson said it <br />was not listed as it has already been approved. Ms. Carr noted on the flood buy-out if the City <br />would pursue as many avenues as possible. <br /> <br />Mr. Wilson spoke on the proposed maintenance plan for FY 15 – 19 which included: <br />Streets <br /> <br /> Sidewalks and curbs <br /> <br /> Street maintenance <br /> <br /> Bike trails <br /> <br /> Street signs & marking - doing ten percent each year <br /> <br /> Alleys <br /> <br /> River des Peres clean-up (pilot at three locations) <br /> <br /> Bridge concrete repairs, paint, overlays <br />Parks <br /> <br /> ADA adjustments, replace handrails <br /> <br /> Maintenance <br /> <br /> Heman Park Pool painting <br />Forestry <br /> <br /> Trimming <br /> <br /> New trees <br />Facilities <br /> <br /> Paint City Hall exterior windows <br /> <br /> City Hall west lawn and Trinity building lawn drainage <br /> <br /> City Hall step removal at Sgt. King corner <br /> <br /> City Hall north lot sewer and utility repair <br />Mr. Wilson said the proposed maintenance plan for FY 15 is about one million dollars. <br /> <br />Mayor Welsch asked Mr. Wilson to wrap up as the Council meeting was due to start in one <br />minute.
