Session 1770 <br /> <br /> MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> November 22, 1999 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall on Monday, November 22, 1999, Mayor Joseph L. Adams called the meeting to <br />order at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following members of the Council were <br />present: <br /> <br /> Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br /> Mr. Wayne Munkel <br /> Mr. Robert Wagner <br /> Mr. Larry Lieberman <br /> Mr. Paul Schoomer <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was Assistant City Manager Gregory Rose. Excused: Mr. Frank Ollendorff <br />MINUTES: <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved approval of the regular session minutes from November 8, 1999. Ms. <br />Colquitt seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS: <br /> <br />Ms. Colquitt moved the appointment of Mr. Raymond Creer, 8043 Appleton Dr., to the <br />Traffic Commission for a term ending January 21, 2003. Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion, <br />which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />OATH OF OFFICE: <br /> <br />Ms. Meine, the City Clerk, administered the oath of office to the following: <br /> <br />Ms. Katherine Nikolai - Traffic Commission <br /> <br />Mayor Adams thanked Ms. Nikolai for agreeing to serve on this important commission. He <br />said that citizen service really makes the City work and he is glad to see the young citizens <br />willing to participate. <br /> <br /> <br />
