Session 1771
December 20, 1999

feels that this company is going to provide us with everything requested with minor
acceptable exceptions duly noted in their bid proposal. Mr. Ollendorff recommended
acceptance of this bid which is part of a larger budget account of $55,000 including items
to be bid separately.

Mr. Munkel moved approval of the consent calendar. Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion,
which carried unanimously.

AGENDA #2 - VACATING PUBLIC WALKWAY:

Mr. Ollendorff recommends setting January 10, 2000 at 7:30 p.m. in these Council
Chambers as the time and place to hear comments on the proposed vacating of a six foot
wide public walkway located south of Delmar from North & South Rd. east to Central Ave.
This vacation is part of the approved site plan for the condominium development on the
east side of North & South Rd. in this neighborhood.

Mr. Wagner moved approval. Mr. Munkel seconded the motion, which carried
unanimously.

AGENDA #3 - 1-170 DESIGNATION CHANGE:

Citizens have suggested that 1-170 be redesignated to avoid confusion with 1-70. All three proposals were requested
by the majority of those fronting on the area to be restricted. The Lindell proposal is
opposed by many residents to the west of the area to be restricted who fear that they will

4
