Approval of Minutes October 9, 2013 <br /> <br />Commissioner Hales made a motion to accept the October 9, 2013 minutes. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Tunstall, and unanimously approved. <br /> <br />2. Trinity Avenue Closure at Delmar Blvd west of the Roundabout <br /> <br />The Delmar Boulevard and Trinity Avenue Mock Roundabout have been operational since the month <br />of July 2013 with acceptable traffic/pedestrian/bicycle operations. After the operations stabilized, the <br />two (2) one-way Trinity Avenue streets that intersect perpendicularly Delmar Boulevard, west of the <br />roundabout were closed mid-September of 2013 in order to increase safety for vehicles, bicycles and <br />pedestrians and to avoid the confusion created at the eastbound traffic approach to the roundabout <br />and the right turn onto Trinity Ave. <br />Traffic Commission Minutes – November 13, 2013 <br />Page 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
