Session 1772 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />January 10, 2000 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall on Monday, January 10, 2000, Mayor Joseph L. Adams called the meeting to <br />order at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following members of the Council were <br />present: <br /> <br />Ms. Cassandra Colquirt <br />Mr. Wayne Munkel <br />Mr. Robert Wagner <br />Mr. Larry Lieberman <br />Mr. Paul Schoomer <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was City Manager, Mr. Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />MINUTES: <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval of the regular session minutes from December 20, 1999. Mr. <br />Sharpe seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams moved the appointment of Ms. Barbara Heise, 920 Golf Course Dr., to the <br />Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority for a term ending 12/11/04 and to the Tax <br />Increment Financing Commission for a term ending August 19, 2003. Mr. Wagner <br />seconded both of the motions, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Munkel moved the appointment of Ms. Deborah Arbogast, 6959 Kingsbury Blvd., to <br />the Plan Commission for a term ending 01/01/2003. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion, <br />which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Lieberman moved the appointment of Mr. Doyle Mitchell, 8500 Richard, to the Park <br />Commission. His application is not in yet, however, it is expected in the next few days. <br />Mr. Mitchell is well known by himself and Mr. Wagner. He believes he would be an <br />excellent addition to that body. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion, which carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
