Session 1774 <br />February 7, 2000 <br /> <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval. Mr. Munkel seconded the motion. The roll call vote was as <br />follows: AYES: Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Mr. Schoomer, Mr. Sharpe, Ms. <br />Colquitt, Mayor Adams. NAYS: none. Bill Number 8453 became Ordinance Number <br />6231. <br /> <br />COUNCIL STUDY AND EMERGENCY SESSIONS: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams announced and reminded Council that there would be a study <br />session of the Council to be held Saturday, February 12, 2000 at 9:00 a.m. over <br />at the Library in the Board Room. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams also noted that he sent each of the Councilmembers notice that an <br />emergency meeting needed to be set. Some legislation needs to be introduced <br />and four members only need to be available for a quorum to do this. Mayor <br />Adams suggested February 24th at 5:00 p.m. The necessary number of <br />Councilmembers stated that they would attend. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams adjourned the regular session at 8:25 p.m. and announced that the next <br />regular meeting would be held on the 6th Of March at 7:30 p.m. <br /> ~Mein~e, City Cler~'(''' <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br /> <br />
