Session 1776 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />March 6, 2000 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall on Monday, March 6, 2000, Mayor Joseph L. Adams called the meeting to order <br />at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following members of the Council were present: <br /> <br />Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br />Mr. Wayne Munkel <br />Mr. Robert Wagner <br />Mr. Larry Lieberman <br />Mr. Paul Schoomer <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was City Manager, Mr. Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />MINUTES: <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval of the regular session minutes from February 7, 2000. Mr. <br />Schoomer seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval of the study session minutes from February 12, 2000. Ms. <br />Colquitt seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION: MARCH 2000 AS WOMEN'S HISTORY MONTH: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams read a resolution designating March as Women's History Month. <br /> <br />Mr. Schoomer moved approval. Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion, which carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION: DESIGNATING THE 6900 BLOCK OF WASHINGTON AVE AS A <br />NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams read a resolution specifying project details of the University Heights #2 <br />Subdivision Neighborhood Improvement District. A project description and estimate with <br />orders for a public hearing are detailed within the resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />
