Conditions <br />which should be attached to this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />The outdoor seating area shall be maintained in good condition at all times. Chairs <br />and tables shall not be stored outdoors during seasons when the area is not in use. <br /> <br />m <br /> <br />Signs on the premises shall conform in all respects with the provisions of the <br />University City Sign Code. <br /> <br />The operator of the restaurant shall regularly police the site and the area adjacent to <br />the restaurant to remove litter and debris. <br /> <br />Trash containers for patron use shall be available on the premises at all times. <br />Adequate refuse disposal shall be provided by and for the business. The refuse <br />containers and surroundings shall be maintained in a clean condition. <br /> <br />m <br /> <br />An exhaust system shall be installed and/or other means shall be taken to prevent <br />any food preparations odors or cooking odors from being perceptible beyond the lot <br />lines of the property on which the restaurant is located. The exhaust system shall <br />be maintained in a clean condition by regularly scheduled cleaning of the system. <br /> <br />The hours of operation shall be limited to those between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and <br />12:00 a.m. <br /> <br />Seating shall be limited to the layout included in this application for conditional use <br />amendment. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval. Mr. Munkel seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Mr. Leiberman questioned whether or not this establishment had permission for outdoor <br />seating previously. Mr. Ollendofff is not positive, but he believes they did not have any <br />seating, either inside and outside. Mr. Lieberman says that the application approved by the <br />Plan Commission only asked for interior seating. Mr. Ollendorff says that they are now <br />asking for both outside and inside seating, but he will get a report to him that should clarify <br />the situation. <br /> <br />The motion to approve carried unanimously. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
