Session 1776 <br />March 6, 2000 <br /> <br />The bill was assigned number 8460 and given its first reading. <br /> <br />8. A bill was introduced by Mr. Schoomer, entitled: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF <br />LAND TO BE KNOWN AS LOT I OF CLAYMONT PLACE AND LOCATED AT <br />500-546 NORTH & SOUTH BOULEVARD. <br /> <br />The bill was assigned number 8461 and given its first reading. <br /> <br />9. A bill was introduced by Ms. Colquirt, entitled: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF <br />LAND TO BE KNOWN AS LOT 3A AND 3B OF BOSCHERT'S ADDITION TO <br />CLAYTON AND LOCATED AT 8672 WEST KINGSBURY AVENUE. <br /> <br />The bill was assigned number 8462 and given its first reading. <br /> <br />lO. An emergency bill was introduced by Mr. Wagner, entitled: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF <br />LAND TO BE KNOWN AS LOT I OF MANSIONS ON THE PLAZA PLAT 1 AND <br />LOCATED AT 8300 DELMAR BOULEVARD; CONTAINING AN EMERGENCY <br />CLAUSE. <br /> <br />The bill was assigned number 8463 and given its first reading. <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved adoption. Mr. Munkel seconded the motion. The roll call vote was as <br />follows: AYES: Ms. Colquirt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Mr. Schoomer, Mr. <br />Sharpe, Mayor Adams. NAYS: none. Bill Number 8463 passed and became ordinance <br />number 6232. <br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS: <br /> <br />Peter Sarandos, Pete's Shur-Save Markets, wanted to question the earlier denial of their <br />application for a liquor license. All the prior owners of the 7434 Olive property have had <br />the privilege of having a liquor license. In order to remain competitive and maintain <br />equality with the other supermarkets in the area they need to have a liquor license. This <br />new store will be a top notch operation with all new fixtures and equipment. They are not <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />
