He pleads with Council to <br />reconsider their earlier decision to deny. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams replied that his case would be taken under advisement. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS: <br /> <br />Mr. OIlendorff reported that the 6677 Delmar establishment did have a condition which <br />allowed them to have four outdoor tables for seating. He does not believe that they ever <br />had them in place though. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION: <br /> <br />Mr. Schoomer moved that the Council go into executive session at 8:07 p.m. to discuss <br />real estate matters, as prescribed by RSmo 610.021 and 610.022, in room 6, second <br />floor of City Hall. Mr. Munkel seconded the motion. The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Mr. Schoomer, Mr. Sharpe, <br />Mayor Adams NAYS: none. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams adjourned the regular session at 8:01 p.m. and announced that the next <br />regular meeting would be held on the 20th of March at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> Leisha K.
