Phase 4 Implementation: <br />Aligned with Trolley engineering and construction planning. <br />Describe the applicant/organization programs and activities: <br /> <br />design and engineering <br />Our immediate project plan is for the of a Gigabit wireless and supporting fiber <br />optic network to be installed at the same time of Loop Trolley construction.
