Per the <br />request of Mayor Welsch the Bill was read for the second and third time. <br /> <br />Mr. Glickert moved to approve Bill 9223, seconded by Ms. Carr. <br /> <br />Roll Call vote was: <br />AYES: Mr. Price, Ms. Carr, Mr. Kraft, Mr. Glickert, Mr. Sharpe and Mayor <br />Welsch. <br />NAYS: none <br /> <br /> <br />BILL 9224 - An ordinance amending a section of Chapter 10, vehicles <br />2. <br />and traffic, to revise traffic regulations as provided herein. Per the <br />request of Mayor Welsch the Bill was read for the second and third time. <br /> <br />Ms. Pumm advised Council that the agenda included a combination of two <br />bills, so she will only be reading the section pertaining to Bill 9224. <br /> <br />Mayor Welsch questioned whether the added portion should be eliminated? <br />Ms. Pumm stated that it should be. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved to approve Bill 9224, seconded by Mr. Glickert. <br /> <br />Ms. Carr asked Mr. Pumm if she could re-describe exactly what Council was <br />voting on. <br /> <br />Mayor Welsch asked if Bill 9224 had been introduced last week.
