Motion was seconded by Commissioner Tunstall and the motion was <br />unanimously approved. <br />D. FY 2013 Annual Report – Non Action item <br /> <br />FY 2014 Annual Report for Commission’s information. Mrs. Gutierrez prepared a draft of the <br />Annual Report with monthly updates. The final draft of the Annual Report will be given out at <br />the end of the year. <br />Commissioner Hales expressed concern about the re-opening of Trinity. He expressed that <br />he was hoping that the recommendation to re-open Trinity from the Traffic Commission <br />would go to council and be reopened. Commissioner Wofsey requested an update on this <br />item to the Traffic Commission. <br />3. Council Liaison Report – Councilmember Carr <br /> <br />Councilmember Carr expressed that the council passed all of the previous submissions from <br />the Traffic Commission.
