The Walgreen sits shall be r~a by an area at its southeast corner for approximately 110 feet (east and west) by 45 feet (north and south) to provide city ownership of the entire access drive £~ Kingsland to the public parking lot. ~ will also r~n~ the privats parking for Walgreen to approximately 51 parking s~aces. 2. ~he drive-thru facility shall be used for the sale of prescriptic~ drugs, N~]th relat~ products, and photo related pro%~ts.
