The resolution is attached hereto and made <br /> a part of the record. <br /> Mrs. Schuman moved approval of the resolution which proposes the establishment <br /> of a special business district encompassing the 8000 through 8600 blocks of <br /> Olive Boulevard (known as Olive West) , and calls a <br /> public hearing fo <br /> Ar <br /> 1990.
